Clients have the right to withdraw from our advisory services under the following conditions:
Before Service Delivery – If you notify us of withdrawal before your first consultation or service session, you will not be charged.
After Initial Consultation – If you decide to withdraw after the first consultation, a service fee equivalent to that consultation will be charged.
Ongoing Packages – For subscription-based services (Essential, Comprehensive, Premier), you may cancel at any time with written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Third-Party Insurance Contracts – Withdrawal from insurance contracts arranged with external providers is subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. SeniorProtectPlan cannot override their cancellation policies.
We aim to provide transparent and fair refund practices.
Full Refunds – You are entitled to a full refund if:
You cancel before any service has been delivered.
We are unable to provide the service as agreed.
Partial Refunds – If services have already started, refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the package. Consultation sessions already held are non-refundable.
No Refunds –
For services fully delivered.
For cancellations requested after the completion of a subscription billing cycle.
For fees paid directly to third-party insurance providers.
Refund Process –
Requests must be submitted in writing to info@seniorprotectplan.com.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
